London SAM

Privacy Policy

A plain-English privacy policy for the London SAM static launch build, with clear notes for any future analytics or advertising integration.

Launch-build note: this static package does not include live analytics, advertising scripts, account creation or a functioning contact-form backend. Update this policy before enabling any service that collects personal data.

Information this build collects

In the supplied static files, London SAM does not intentionally collect personal information through server-side forms, user accounts or newsletter subscriptions. The demonstration contact form is deliberately prevented from transmitting data until a verified form endpoint and privacy process are configured.

Hosting logs

Your hosting provider may process technical log information such as IP addresses, request times, user-agent data and requested URLs for security and service operation. Those practices depend on the host you choose and should be reflected here once production hosting is known.

Analytics and advertising

No analytics or Google AdSense code is included in the launch package. If analytics, advertising or consent-management services are added, this policy and the cookie policy must be updated to describe the provider, purpose, lawful basis, retention and user controls that actually apply.

Contact messages

Before activating the contact form, configure a verified recipient, secure transport, retention period and process for answering privacy requests. Do not publish an invented email address merely to make the site appear complete.

Your rights

UK data-protection rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability depending on the circumstances. A production site should provide verified controller contact details and any information required by applicable UK law. See the data request information page.

Changes

This policy should be reviewed whenever the site’s actual data flows change. Legal wording should describe real implementation, not a hypothetical future stack.
