As well as tutor led PC basic hardware training and repair products for schools, companies and correctional and vocational training facilities. In the last year or so, the basic computer hardware training courses have been upgraded to satisfy a growing demand for easy to use, basic hardware courses suitable for training novices from grade 8 and up, in the basics of PC hardware maintenance, repair and software installation. < TOP > |

| Where can I work when I've completed my course? |
| As LondonSAM Computer Science students are accredited with the British Computer Society , NCC education, CompTIA, ECDL, Microsoft etc, when they graduate they often have the edge over other graduates. About three-quarters of our graduates obtain jobs in the software industry - as systems analysts, programmers, database managers or working in e-commerce - in a variety of companies. Others find employment in jobs that make use of their communication and analysis skills such as management consultancy. |

| The Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) credential is for professionals who have the skills to successfully implement a Microsoft product or technology as part of a business solution in an organization. Candidates are required to pass one current Microsoft certification exam. < TOP > |
CompTIA A+ certification is an international industry credential that validates the knowledge of computer service technicians with the equivalent of 500 hours of hands-on experience. Major hardware and software vendors, distributors and resellers accept CompTIA A+ as the standard in foundation-level, vendor-neutral certification for service technicians. The exams cover a broad range of hardware and software technologies, but are not bound to any vendor-specific products. The skills and knowledge measured by the CompTIA A+ exams were derived from an industry-wide and worldwide job task analysis. All courses are structured in order that students
are in the best position to pass the examination
that they are sitting. Classes consist of formal
lectures together with the practical application of

This course is ideal for students who are about to
take a day off a week to study. The courses require
one day a week only (for 11 weeks), and is likely to
be the same day each week, to enable students to
plan for their business and personal commitments.

If you are unable to attend the weekly classes, then
the evening classes may be just right for you. Each
paper is taught over 10 evenings (usually the same

These classes are 2/3 days in duration. The course
provides students with the focus and exam
approach to topics that are likely to be tested in
the forthcoming examination. Exam technique,
presentation and time allocation are emphasised.
Revision classes can be either during the week or
