College regulations for payment of fees |
The college can receive tuition fees payments either through a direct bank draft, via cash or a recognised major credit card. Students who have UK bank accounts can choose to pay by Direct Debit. |
| When paying the tuition fees, always quote your full name, your application number if you have one and the course you are going to study. |
Some of our approved representatives overseas may accept Bank Drafts made payable to London School of Accountancy & Management, which they will forward to us, but not cash. With this exception you should not pay tuition fees to any one else but the college. Please do not send money to us by post. |

Paying your fees |
|
|
| A student is not regarded as enrolled at the College unless the College's requirements for the payment of fees have been met. |
| Enrolment signifies acceptance by the student of the College's conditions for payment of fees. A student who incurs liability for fees at another institution or elsewhere is personally responsible for the payment of such fees. |
|
| Self-financing part-time students are allowed to pay fees at a concessionary rate which is that specified in the Fees Notice (Speak to member of our staff). |
| Late Enrolment |
| An invitation to a student to complete enrolment does not commit the College to enrol that student if the student fails to complete enrolment by the date specified in enrolment instructions. In particular, the College reserves the right to refuse enrolment of new students and re-enrolment of returning students (and cancel any registration) who fail to respond to Registry instructions by the stated date. |
| Late Enrolment Surcharge |
| Failure to respond to enrolment instructions by the date specified on the enrolment form will render a student liable to be notified of a surcharge of 10% of the total sessional fee which will then become immediately payable by the student before enrolment will be accepted by the College. |
| Fee liability and payment by instalments |
 |
The sessional fee is due in full by the first day of the autumn term. Self-financing students are, for their convenience, offered the facility of paying by instalments either monthly by direct debit or termly by cheque. |
| Payment by termly or monthly instalments does not limit the student's liability for the payment of the total fees due. Each instalment must be paid by the due date(s) specified in fees schedules, invoices and notices. |
|
| Fee Policy |
1. Fees include VAT and study materials where applicable. 2. Fees cannot be deferred or transferred to another named student. 3. LondonSAM reserves the right to vary its fees at any time. Students are, however, required to pay for their own revision kit, exam fees, registration fees with the professional bodies, we are only tuition providers.
4. Enrolment for the course, together with the payment of deposit/full fee, creates a binding agreement, for the duration of the course. 5. All fees and charges will be payable in advance as determined by LondonSAM. Students will not be permitted to commence or continue their course at the beginning of any semester until all outstanding fees and charges are paid.

If the school has provided you with home office letters then please note that FULL FEES will be payable whether the visa is refused or you decide to go to another college, and any promotions or special offers will not be applicable. If Visa were refused as a result of submission of fraudulent letters than the college will NOT refund any of the fees. |
| Attendance Policy |
1. To maintain attendance throughout the duration of their course, holders of a student visa are advised that the college is obliged to apply Home Office rules and insist that full time course which is minimum 15 hours of day time study per week is followed.
2. Failure to attend 2 consecutive weeks (without notice) will result in dismissal from the college and forfeiture of any remaining fees. 3. We are required by law to record your attendance and supply any or all details when requested by Home Office or any other Law Enforcement agency in the UK. |
|
| Grants and sponsorships |
 |
Where fees are to be paid direct to the College by an employer or award-making body the student must immediately notify the Registrar in writing of the full details of the award. If notification is received before the beginning of term the College will claim the full amount of the award from the body concerned. When an award has not been confirmed in writing by the sponsoring body by the beginning of term, the student will remain personally liable to settle the fee account by the due date . |
| In the event of an award being subsequently confirmed, the College will claim the fees award from the awarding body and after payment has been received make any refund due to the student. In cases where a sponsor pay less than the full fee, the student remains liable, and will be invoiced, for the remaining proportion of the fee but at the concessionary rate. In the event of non-payment by the employer or other sponsor the student remains personally liable for the payment of fees in full by the due dates. |
