London School of Accountancy & Management - NVQ in Care- Level 4
These qualifications would be delivered in a range of settings from a hospital or a care home or day service or in a person’s own home. They include a diverse range of areas, from caring and operating department skills to therapeutic support, from business and administration to technical and 'hands-on' skills. They are relevant to all types of people, from those who already have extensive experience of care work to those who are about to enter the field for the first time. These qualifications prove that learners have demonstrated the skills and knowledge to support people in participating as fully and independently as possible in their own home and community.
This award is structured so that the candidate can work in the hospitals. To achieve this qualification candidates will have to work through four mandatory units plus five optional units in the recommended workbook by city and guilds.
