A Flexible, Modular Structure
The modular structure is an attractive feature of the Examination, offering three levels of qualification - Certificate, Diploma and Professional Graduate Diploma.

| At each level, the Examination syllabus reflects a practical mix of current theory and working practice. To make the format even more flexible, candidates can alternatively attempt the Professional Graduate Diploma by submitting a dissertation to MSc standard, on a topic agreed with the BCS.
A Natural Progression to your Existing Studies < TOP >
The BCS recognises a number of qualifications which will exempt you from particular modules or from the whole of the Certificate and/ or Diploma. This allows you to maintain progress and still benefit from an industry recognised qualification.
